Accessibility statement
In effect from · July 8, 2026
Volume Labs Private Limited wants every operator, agent and analyst — including people with disabilities — to be able to run their business on Volumelabs. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA across volumelabs.live and the product.
What we do
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, labels and correct heading order.
- Full keyboard operability for core flows — navigation, inbox, dialogs and the command palette (
⌘K). - Visible focus states and skip-to-content affordances.
- Colour is never the only carrier of meaning — status uses dot + text labels; contrast targets 4.5:1 for body text.
- Motion is decorative, not essential; we respect reduced-motion preferences where supported.
- Charts and AI output include text equivalents (summaries, tables or labels).
- Accessibility review is part of design and code review for new screens.
Known limitations
- Some data-dense visualisations (waveforms, forecast bands) are progressively receiving richer text alternatives.
- Third-party embeds (e.g. payment checkouts) are governed by their providers; we choose vendors with accessibility commitments.
