Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, refunds & billing disputes

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and usage-based charges for the Service provided by Volume Labs Private Limited. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free evaluation first
We encourage you to evaluate Volumelabs using the interactive demo and any free tier or trial before purchasing, so you can verify fit for your business.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- You may cancel any plan at any time from Billing → Switch plan / Cancel or by emailing labsvolume@gmail.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
- After cancellation, your data remains exportable for 30 days, after which it is deleted per our retention schedule.
3. Refunds
- First purchase guarantee — if the Service does not work as described, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 7 days of first purchase.
- Renewals — renewal charges are refundable pro-rata only if you cancel within 48 hours of the renewal and have not materially used the Service in the new period.
- Usage-based charges (voice minutes, conversation overages) reflect consumed third-party capacity and are non-refundable once consumed.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges — verified duplicates or billing errors are refunded in full.
- Annual plans cancelled mid-term are refunded for full unused months, less any discount attributable to annual billing, where required by applicable consumer law or approved case-by-case.
4. How refunds are processed
- Request by email to labsvolume@gmail.com from your registered address, with your workspace name and invoice ID.
- We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval (bank timelines may vary). Taxes are refunded as permitted by law.
5. Exceptions
- No refund is due where access was suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms (e.g. spam, unlawful use).
- Charges by third parties (telephony carriers, WhatsApp conversation fees, payment gateway fees) follow those providers’ policies.
- Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
6. Billing disputes
Raise disputes within 60 days of the invoice date. We will investigate promptly and correct any error. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved within days.
